The First Issue of the Journal “Bulletin of the National Center of Expertise”

Dear friends and colleagues!

It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of responsibility that I present the first issue of our new scientific and practical journal, “Bulletin of the National Center of Expertise.”

This is a significant event that marks a new chapter in the development of scientific research and practical solutions in the field of sanitary and epidemiological control and public health.

Our journal was created to serve as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, the introduction of best practices, and the unification of theorists and practitioners in the areas of sanitary and epidemiological expertise, biological safety, public health, and related fields.

The journal will be published in three languages — Kazakh, Russian, and English — on a quarterly basis. We are confident that regular issues will provide our readers with access to the most up-to-date research and practical solutions aimed at improving quality and safety in healthcare.

Our journal is registered in the international ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) system, confirming its official status and opening broad opportunities for international recognition and academic advancement.

The publication is also registered with the Information Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Editorial Board includes international experts and scholars from Kazakhstan, ensuring the high quality and relevance of the published materials.

The main goal of the journal is to present cutting-edge scientific research, innovative solutions, and highlight key issues of healthcare and sanitary-epidemiological well-being.
